Combining tradition, elegance and charm, J Sheekey will serve a selection of Guinness cocktails for the festive season – including a classic Black Velvet, a Stout & Espresso, and a Bold & Blue featuring blue cheese washed whisky, Guinness reduction, Angostura and a blue cheese stuffed olive.

From 14th November, delight in two courses for £45, and three for £55, choose from starters of Stilton Welsh Rarebit Gougères with caramelised cauliflower soup, or a classic J Sheekey prawn cocktail before mains like Fillet of cod with Catalan shellfish rice & saffron aioli, or Roast Devonshire chicken & chestnut pie with buttered sprout tops and madeira jus. Finish with a Pannetone ice cream coup with brandy chocolate sauce or a Cropwell bishop stilton with pear chutney & crackers.
